I swear that's what my apartment looks like, only with fewer clocks. Smoking books. They're watching The Pink Panther downstairs, the familiar bass is pouring up through the floorboards. It's been a day. There's definitely been a day's worth of time passed by.

That cover art is beautiful. Normally I don't like comic book art (surely there's a fancier name for it??) but this is cool somehow. It reminds me of Pete. How's the old lad doing, have you seen him recently?

I ran into him...two..months...ago? At the comic shop. He seemed to be doing well.
