the self, the dualism, the time

Hi. Apparently, it’s self-portrait time. I both love and hate self portraits. Just as much as I both love and hate talking about myself. The last person I let take a picture of me was Graeme, and that was only because I was much too drunk to notice and protest as I'd normally do. I'm becoming much too shy. Must recover from that. The automatic settings (which are the ONLY SETTINGS) on this digital crack me up. I may or may not hate them. OK, so I hate them. My current life is rushing. During a meeting today one of my profs said something about “chasing time” and that phrase doesn't only relate to the concept of my project - I'm clever with application like that. I guess PROJECT is the key word. PROJECT, so many of those. PROJECT: realized today how many elements of DUALISM the PROJECT contained. The half of the apartment you see in the above photo is the clean half of the apartment. The other half needs a bit of WORK, as everything needs some WORK. Xavier, I'm so, so SO happy you're coming down here. Just can't wait. Well, I actually CAN'T WAIT (literarily) -it's not exactly an option for me right now. Go, go-go, gogogogogo.
