The wing texture's so haunting.

the idea of this crow slays me unequivocally. I’ve always had such a thing for crows (when mixed with death and christ-like iconography it's almost too much). it's strange--- it didn't look so . .umm, "majestic"/"haunting" when I saw it in person . . .the lens "did" something to it. process/ing of light.

Yup. How did the crow end up like that? Did your friend just find it like that? Because - well - fucked up.

The wings are given really high contrast, so you get all kinds of little detailing in the feathers and the rotted, fetid matting of them - the slick veins of white in middle of grey to dark...

Fuck. I'm not sure if he found it like that. I'm actually willing to bet he crucified it himself. I mean, this kid's amazing--he makes these supermanic crazy quilts and this incredible zine that's pretty much indescribable, you know?? he studies linguistics at uvic, . . .he's the kind of person who's thought process constantly startles and terrifies.

my grammatical slip-ups are telling me to drink less coffee-- my suite seriously smells like some sick instant-ghetto-approximation of a starbucks. I’m breathing in these FUMES and they're making me quiver/want to vomit. ://

anyway: just to SAY I fully realize I'm a moron/was for that grammatical moment in time.
