Corridor at night

Corridor at night

The original was quite blurry, I was having focusing issues, apparently. I'm impressed with the detail that photoshop was able to bring out.

joy:

Beautiful!

The Clarihue?

ben:

The recurring bicycles are creepy and there's something unnaturally... Lynch-like... about this shot. I love the detailed texture on the concrete walls.

It is the Clearihue corridor, with the Women's Studies department on the left looking toward the University Centre.

I need to retake the photo with a better lens and proper focus and exposure.

m:

this picture kinda reminds me of the cover of a highschool math textbook. a little gloomier, perhaps. Black Math.

tara:

ha! I totally always enjoyed that corridor...such a weird all enclosing feeling with the always too hot women's studies wing nearby...*shudder* yuck

The geometry and gloom are exactly why I want to retake it with a shorter lens. And I want one that is actually in focus to start with.
