Its Whats For Dinner

If you'll all excuse the atrocious lack of apostrophe's in the title. Thanks. Some day, someone will explain possessive appostrophe's and it will sink in to my punctuation-challenged head.

Dinner tonight was a fab. creation: seared snapper, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, atop a bed of yellow and red peppers, roma tomatoes, and whole garlic cloves. Boiled potatoes tossed in butter and ground pepper.

Neither of the omitted apostrophes would have been possessive. Both are contractions, in fact: "It (is) What (is) for Dinner." :P

Snapper! I want fish. And by fish, I mean meat of the sea. Sea!

you are cute, you know.
