I started a batch of apple ginger wine today, and added just a little cinnamon and nutmeg. Hope it turns out well. Went grocery shopping too, and sterilized the wine making equipment. Calculus was fun, we started Fourier Series and it made sense. How much of it sticks in my mind remains to be seen. I labeled all the race-car bottles too, figuring it should be done eventually. They're sorted by cork quality now. Some look frightening.
And now, I've opened a bottle of Monty. The cork was mouldy, but I'm going to give it a chance and hope it doesn't make me sick while I work on The Calculus.
God, I miss the exciting halcyon days of yore. When the hell did I get old? And don't say it happened on my 28th birthday!
