All I want to do today is quit school and become a photographer. There isn't really a reason behind it at all. Things are going fairly well; classes are interesting.

I just don't want to do it anymore.

I like the shimmering glow around the point of that phallic stalk in the middle. Interesting focal point for the image, with the more extravagant shoot off to the side. The photograph feels like its all about the secret sex lives of hermaphroditic flowers. Good use of the black and white; the whole thing has a vast amount of TEXTURE.

Right. You're a very complicated girl, aren't you?

Well, the bar-like silhouettes in the background suggest my obsessive need to box in nature is rubbing off on you. :P

I hadn't thought of the phallic nature of the hermaphroditic plants when I cropped the picture. Interesting idea though.
And I took the picture about a year before I met you baby.

I'm being retroactive? What does that mean?

"Influencing or applying to a period prior to enactment"

I understand the definition of rectroactive. I don't see how it applies in this case.

I meant that I must have rubbed off on you in such a way that it went backwards in time or something. Never mind.

I see. I thought you were accusing me of being retroactive or something.
I've been called radioactive a few times, but that was very different.
