RE: A New Adventure
On a careful second reading of the book (do people actually read these things twice? I've never read a book twice) I've come to realize that yes, I have done every single step wrong in some way or another.
I'm hoping that all the mistakes cancel each other out.
That'll work, right? Right?
I'm getting a little concerned about this whole process. I don't want to have to wait six to eight months to find out if I've really cocked things up or just made a big debacle of the entire episode.

It's research, darling, for "The Geek's Guide to Booze-Making." There's always acceptable losses.

I remeber making beer once, and the first time we somehow didn't follow instructions exactly to accord, so we thought it was all over. Then we got drunk off it. You should be fine.
