Real Emails: 1
Spam Emails: 47.
Really. I got 47 spams between 12:30am and 1:21pm. Spammers are ruining the internet and the email system. Why?
Because they can. Because people respond to spam. Because the email system is so brain-dead, poorly designed. Because they make money.

Ah yes, but can you send a million emails to a million unsuspecting recipients trying to sell them ten million bottles of viagra for unsuspecting millions of dollars?

Actually, on the spam topic, all of a sudden 80% of my spam disappeared from my hotmail inbox. Microsoft must have done some upgrades or something.
Crazy. Why didn't they do that earlier?

You would have become complacent? Maybe they don't want you to expect too much and then they can randomly surprise you.

Exactly. Everyone assumes that M$ is the bad guy in the tech world. Turns out that they are, and are really only trying to lure everyone into a false sense of security.
