wish i had a camera phone whilst eating my dinner last night. older brother and sister-in-law took j and i out to a tofu restaurant way up in this huge building. decadent restaurants everywhere in the tops of buildings with all you can drink booze. we hit up the tofu restaurant (without a reservation) and dear lord! what a scene! the tofu restaurant made their own tofu on site.
went up to the tallest building in tokyo. city spread out and met all horizons.
the train system is the most complicated experience i have ever encountered nearly broke my arm off in a train door that closed behind me with joy not on board people gasped as i pried the doors open and allowed joy to hop through
we go to bed at around eight pm and wake up at five am looking for coffee and needlessly resorting to canned coffee served chilled out of a vending machine that delivers a few monologues of thanks
found a coffee shop in a random metropolitan area and j. was enthused about the smoking section, very jarmusch and sofia coppola mixed together i like the weird japanese men who look so bored with everything and everyone
i crave the food of my homeland
7-11s here are awesome can buy beer and sushi in the same aisle and the workers are very enthused about everything

Here we are in a tokyo internet cafe using keyboards that translate everything we type into japanese if punctuation is used start work on monday so now is the weekend
