So's Your Face

I have two shows coming up. Next Friday, March 10th, the World's Fattest Racehorse is playing a benefit concert at Steamer's Pub, 513 Yates St.

Proceeds are going towards drugs that aim to prevent HIV infected mothers passing on the virus to their children.

You might say I'm building up my karma. On the other hand, I'm a show-slut. I'll play anywhere, anytime, as many shows in a day as possible. Pisses some people off.

On the 11th the World's Fattest Racehorse is playing a house party.

Movie shoot at 6 am in the deli. Pretty fun. They had a 3-chip camera and lighting equipment.

Bastards! "Back in my day," etc, as in, "Back in my day, we didn't even have movie cameras at all, we had to take photos and paste them in a sketchbook and flip it really fast!" (who's that dork?)

In my day we couldn't hire out expensive locations and had to make the bathroom into a Taj Mahal.

back in my day, we didn't have blue spray-painted arrows pointing at ants making off with your cookie's chocolate chips.

instead we had to rub the dye onto the wall ourselves using sickly sweet purple lylacks!

our hands got tired, our nostrils blistered, and our eyes ran with TEARS!!!

that's the way it was goddamnit, and we liked it that way!

you kids ain't never had it rough...
