It Was Early Morning Yesterday, I Was Up Before The Dawn

Looked up a tab for one of my favourite songs. The tabist wrote the song out in E -- way off the mark.
Suptertramp has to be one of the most technical pop bands out there. They're also weird, like Phish without the jamming.
Digging "Living a Country Song" by Rae Spoon.

I'm not getting along with the Kitty of late. The other night when she broke the planter I threw the plant at the cat. She ended up covered in dirt and scurried around the house for the next few hours. Last night she hissed at me when I pushed her off the bed for incessent licking. The sound of her licking was like a leaky faucet combined with a ticking clock -- a fabulous noise to fall asleep to.
J. didn't seem to approve of my discipline. She felt for the Kitty, but disciplinary action needs being a dick-head. I'm deliberating about whether or not I should buy a forty-nine cent water-gun. I know the Kitty didn't act like this when we first got her.

just don't go carver on her and spend your life (see: a day or so, as representative of the greater whole) debating whether or not to drive out far and drop her off with no easy way of getting back home--and then actually doing it. we all know what happens then.

Or like Sartre in "the Age of Reason" where a guy takes a box full of his kitties on the train just so he can throw the box into the river.

it won't work -- the cat comes back, the very next day.
