How to get Michael's attention

Like so many other people on the internet, I think that spam is a problem. Rather than put my email address on this page for all the evil nasty little spam sucking internet robots to devour, I'll give you a nice form to fill out. Whatever you put here will be emailed to me without you knowing my email address.
